After almost two months of blogging, I think you’re starting to know me… I’m a French girl who knows her basics, and believes in effortless style.

But I am also a fashion lover (some might even say addict), so taking risks from time to time is something I really enjoy too.

For instance, I usually wear that python tee with jeans or leather pants, but this time, I wanted to look a little more adventurous, so I paired it with cut-offs.

Normally, I would wear flats, because short shorts with high heels can be quite tricky, but I love these shoes so much I just don’t take them off lately. They used to belong to my fabulous mother, who is the one to blame for my addiction. When you grow up surrounded by beautiful things, you can’t help but fall in love with fashion and style too. During my childhood and teenage years, I have made a lot of mistakes,  but one thing I have learned is that no matter your style, your vision and your clothes, always trust yourself and be confident.

Because confidence (not to be confused with arrogance) is key ! Once you have it, life is much easier… You won’t care about what people think of you anymore, and you’ll dress the way you want to, even in barely there cut offs and heels !

Well, I have added a white blazer, because even though I felt adventurous, we’re still in Paris, where everything too overly sexy is considered a major fashion crime !

----------------

  9. I totally agree, people grow into their own style as they get older. And those are some seriously fabulous shoes. If only my mom wore McQueen...
