We're in the middle of February, and we can now say that we almost didn't have any winter this year.. Just take this weekend : sunny, beautiful, a tad chilly, but nothing a big turtleneck and leather jacket couldn't fix. We also had a lunch outside, and ate some ice creams in the afternoon (!).

I can't say that I'm a big fan of cold, yet I have to admit I've missed the snow, the 'can't get out or else you'll die' weather, and the oh so beautiful winter scenery. Spring is on its way, and something is missing.

And of course, what about fashion ? I didn't leave my jackets, and all my big coats and boots stayed in my closet. Yes, it's a little frustrating, especially as I usually love switching styles when seasons change. Summer is for carefree attitude, fall for new trends, spring for elegance and 'girlyness', and winter for comfort and accessorizing.

Looking back at my pictures, I realize I also haven't left my open pointy pumps, my distressed jeans and leather jackets or blazers. Compared to last year, I have worn much less leather, fur and big chunky sweaters, which is a shame, as it is what people usually love to see on blogs and Instagram. But as I told you, I dress for myself, and not for a number of likes on Instagram...

But maybe I'll see some snow after all, as I'm heading to Méribel after London Fashion Week. It won't be very long though, but as a girl who is originally from Annecy, I can't live without seeing some snow and mountains.

Of course, I'll keep you posted, and for now, here are some pictures we shot with my friend Souren in Place Vendôme where it was grey yet quite warm, hence my typical uniform of this winter : heels, jeans and leather jacket !
