I'm in love with black and grey, leather and ripped jeans, boots and perfectos. Said like that, you would say my style is very 'rock'n'roll'. But to be honest, it's far from it.

While I admire some of the most famous rock icons, I also love femininity and timeless elegance, and I make sure to always wear my edgy clothes with something that will balance my look out.

In this case, my leather jacket and jeans could look very 'tough', but the oversized sweater, over-the-knee boots and cute little Fendi bag give a softer touch to the outfit.

If you must know, I've worn this look two days in row, because I felt so at ease in it. It's great to know when you have found your very own style, as you don't have to worry about possible fashion faux-pas, you just know what you like and what looks good on you.

To be frank, finding your style is almost easier than finding a good photographer. Surprisingly, this 'task' has been one of the hardest things to do for me, as a blogger. Some had a huge ego, and some were not very friendly. That's why I am so happy to work with Marie-Paola : not only is she gifted, but she is also a friend, and we always have good laughs when we shoot together. And look at her pics : we were at la Porte de Saint Cloud, aka one of the least glamorous Parisian neighborhoods. Yet she managed to make the surroundings almost beautiful, well, at least interesting anyway.

Have a lovely week my dear friends !

---------------

  9. My favorite color combo right here, especially with some leather added in! I love the asymmetry of the sweater, and the bag gives just the right amount of color (although I admit, I don't think I could carry that bag because I carry WAY too much in my purse lol! I need to work on that a bit...)!!
