If there’s one thing I love doing, it’s going on all my favorite online stores to see if there’s anything new. Of course, more often than not, I don’t have the budget to buy anything, but I simply love seeing clothes, the way they’re styled, and making imaginary wishlists (I just added lots of things on the ‘Shop my style‘ section !)
As maybe all of you, I have my fav : Net à Porter, Mytheresa, Shopbop, Monnier frères, Département féminin… I have to admit that I rarely change my habits when it comes to online shopping.
But I got an email a month ago from a new online boutique, and to be honest, at first I thought it would be another one of those endless cheap ones who try to send their clothes to every blogger out there. But then I went to Pearl, and well, let’s just say it was heaven : Valentino, Alaia, Barbara Bui, Balmain… Not exactly average, right ?
So when they asked if I wanted to make a photoshoot with some of their clothes, I just knew I had to do it ! I mean, I am wearing a Valentino couture top and Jimmy Choos for Christ’s sake !
I wanted to do something a little unusual, and when my good friend, who happens to be a real estate agent (thank you Flavien !) told us we could use the amazing apartment located in the 7th arrondissement, I couldn’t have been happier. It was a bit dark, so the pictures might not be as bright as I would have loved, but I love the atmosphere of the pictures, very Parisian chic !

S’il y a bien une chose que j’adore, c’est regarder tous mes sites luxes de vente en ligne pour voir quelles sont les nouveautés. Alors ok, la majorité du temps, je n’ai pas le budget pour acheter quoi que ce soit, mais j’adore voir les fringues,la façon dont elles sont portées, et me faire des wishlists imaginaires (je viens d’ailleurs d’ajouter plein d’articles dans le ‘Shop my style‘ !)
Comme sûrement la majorité d’entre vous, j’ai mes favoris : Net à Porter, Mytheresa, Shopbop, Monnier Frères, Département féminin… Je dois avouer que j’ai mes petites habitudes pour le shopping en ligne, et que j’en change rarement.
Mais il y a de ça un mois, j’ai reçu un mail d’une nouvelle boutique en ligne, et franchement, au début j’ai pensé que c’était encore l’un de ces nombreux sites web un peu cheap qui essaient de contacter toutes les blogueuses possibles et imaginables. Mais après avoir jeté un coup d’oeil à Pearl, j’ai compris que ce n’était pas le cas : Valentino, Balmain, Alaia, Barbara Bui… Pas exactement ce qu’on trouve partout !
Donc quand ils m’ont proposé un photoshoot, je n’ai pu que dire oui : je porte une tunique Valentino couture et des Choos, ce qui ne m’arrive malheureusement pas tous les jours !
J’ai voulu quelque chose d’un peu inhabituel, donc mon ami, qui s’avère être agent immobilier (merci Flavien !) m’a dit que l’on pouvait utiliser un magnifique appart de 200 m2 situé dans le 7ème, j’étais aux anges. Bon, il faisait un peu sombre, donc on s’est débrouillés comme on a pu, mais j’adore l’atmosphère qui s’en dégage, très Paris chic !
